Since all of our veils, headpieces and jewellery are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your receive the wrong order, or if your order arrives damaged, (not due to shipping), please email us at: email@example.com, and we will repair or replace as needed.
After 3 days, any damages sustained by the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.
