Shipping

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders ship in 1- 4 weeks of purchase, depending on the individual item. Every listing has an estimated ship time for easy reference.

What countries do you ship to?

We happily ship all over the world. If your country is not listed at check out, send us a message for the shipping price for your country.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

At this time it is not possible to pick up your order.

How long will shipping take?

The time a parcel spends in transit once it is shipped will vary depending on your location. The approximate timelines are as follows:

Canada: 2 - 7 business days, depending on province
United States: 6 - 7 business days
Europe: 7 - 10 business days
Rest of the world: 10 - 30 business days

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be packaged with care in a beautiful keepsake box, and shipped in a sturdy mailer to make sure it arrives in perfect condition for your special day.

Can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.

What happens if I provided the wrong address?

If the address you submitted is incorrect, please contact us immediately with the correct information.

If you order has already been shipped, there is unfortunately nothing we can do. We will not reimburse for items shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer error. If the parcel is returned to us by the post service, we can re-ship your order to you, but you will need to pay for the cost of re-shipment.

When should I place my order?

It is best to place your order at least 3 months before your wedding to allow enough time for production and shipping.

Is there a rush service?

Please contact us to discuss whether we can rush the production of a piece for you. A rush service may be available for an additional fee, subject to time and material availability.

Will I be charged duties and/or taxes?

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and/or duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.

What if my order is delayed by customs?

Once a parcel leaves our hands we have absolutely no control over it. Delays at customs are rare but occasionally happen, so please place your order at least 3 months before your wedding.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Do you accept returns?

Since all of our headpieces, veils and jewellery are made-to-order, we do not accept returns.

If you ship your order back, we are not obligated to refund you.

Please choose your pieces carefully and contact us with any questions you may have prior to making you purchase. 

Do you accept exchanges?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we are unable to accept exchanges at this time.

We strongly recommend purchasing your dress before you purchase any accessories. By purchasing your dress first you will know what colour and style it is which will help when selecting your veil, headpiece, and other accessories. 

Can I cancel my order?

We accept order cancellations within 3 business days of purchase. After that, no refund will be issued.

What if my order is incorrect/damaged?

Upon receiving your order please immediately inspect it. You will have 3 days after receipt to notify us of any errors or damages. If your receive the wrong order, or if your order arrives damaged, (not due to shipping), please email us at: info@noononthemoon.com, and we will repair or replace as needed.

After 3 days, any damages sustained by the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.

All purchases made through this shop will be subject to these terms.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through Paypal. You can also pay using your Paypal account if you have one.

How can I pay if I don't have a Paypal account?

You don't need to have an account to use Paypal. You can simply and safely pay with your credit card.

How do you make your pieces?

Every piece sold by Noon on the Moon has been handcrafted in our studio in Stratford, Ontario.

What materials do you use?

Will my veil match my dress?

We offer swatches of our veils here to help you make a decision.

Will my piece look exactly like the one in the pictures?

Since every piece is made by hand, each one is a little bit different but equally beautiful. 

Custom Orders & Customization

Are you able to create a custom piece for me?

We would love to create a one-of-a-kind piece for your big day. Please write to us to let us know if what design you have in mind, and we'll take it from there.

Can you customize one of your existing designs?

Customization options vary depending on the style and material. Please contact us regarding customization options for the piece(s) of your choice.

Wholesale

Are you accepting wholesale orders?

No, our collection is not available for wholesale.
