We craft our veils from two distinct types of silk tulle, each offering a unique finish:

• English Silk Tulle: Known for its weightlessness and crisp handle, this tulle possesses an airy, ethereal quality. It provides a structured finish that pulls away from the body rather than clinging close.

• French Silk Tulle: Known for its incredible softness, this tulle feels amazing against the skin. It has a fluid, watery drape and stays close to the body for a romantic finish.

Our silk collection is available in blusher and classic single-tier styles.

Common Questions

Which silk tulle should I choose for my dress?
The choice depends on the silhouette you want to create and the style of your gown.

Choose English silk if you love a veil that holds its shape and you want a slightly structured silhouette, or if your dress is very structured/made from a stiffer fabric like taffeta or mikado.

Choose French silk if you prefer a veil that is incredibly soft and fluid with zero volume or if your dress is slinky/made from a soft fabric like charmeuse silk.

Can I request a custom length?
Yes. Because every silk veil is handmade to order in our studio, we can accommodate custom length requests to ensure your veil perfectly matches your bridal vision. Be sure to reach out.

How do I store my silk veil after the wedding?
To preserve your veil as an heirloom, we recommend storing it in an acid-free tissue and box, away from direct sunlight. Silk is a natural fibre that breathes, so avoiding plastic storage is best for long-term preservation.
